After 20 years of being the head of Learning & Leadership Development functions on Wall Street, Terri became frustrated that programs that were designated for women, were really the same programs designed for men. These programs didn't take into account the inner world of women, the way women think and operate differently from men, the collaborative preference of women vs. the command & control styles of men, the many hats that women wear in their lives, and the shifts that women need to make in order to break free of the conditioning imposed on women by our societies. As Terri began working with women around the world, she began to see that this was not just a western need, but also a global need in male-led socieities.

In 2015, Terri founded Women Connected and launched Women Connected Circles, touching a global audience. Now in 2017, she has launched the Women Connected Global School, providing transformational experiences for women to support women to expand their awareness and to empower them to fully express their talents in the world.

As a professional in the field of Learning and Adult Development, Terri uses creative, out-of-the-box approaches to designing programs that train and coach the whole woman to master her inner world so that her outer world can shift.
