Almost 10 years ago, I was introduced to an approach to psychological growth that continues to change my life. This approach and the practices I've learned, gave me more confidence, authenticity, and access to a vast source of mental and physical energy, which I found within myself. It is called shadow integration.
The shadow is the part of us that is made up of all that we hide from others: our shame, our fears and our wounds, but also our divine spirit, our blinding beauty, and our hidden talents.
Shadow integration involves shining light into the dark caves of our minds to reveal the gold that is stored there. I had been on a continuous improvement journey for nearly my whole life and I began to realize something. I had been looking in all the wrong places.
Our true power is not found in conforming to the expectations of others, it is not found in the self-improvement classes, nor is it found by overlooking our human condition. It is found in the dazzling darkness of the unconscious mind. The light we find here is brighter than any light we can imagine.
In this webinar, I will introduce you to the shadow, share the benefits of shadow integration, and take you on an inner journey to meet your shadow.
Join us on September 13th at 7pm eastern time.
p.s. Be sure to bring your notebook/journal, pen, and colored instruments!
Terri is an Integral Coach, a group facilitator, mentor, blogger, art-journaler, wife, mom, feminist, continuous learner, and Founder of WomenConnected. net. She is passionate about women's potential and demonstrates her commitment to the development and empowerment of women both personally and professionally.
After 20 years of being the head of Learning & Leadership Development functions on Wall Street, Terri became frustrated that programs that were designated for women, were really the same programs designed for men. These programs didn't take into account the inner world of women, the way women think and operate differently from men, the collaborative preference of women vs. the command & control styles of men, the many hats that women wear in their lives, and the shifts that women need to make in order to break free of the conditioning imposed on women by our societies. As Terri began working with women around the world, she began to see that this was not just a western need, but also a global need in male-led socieities.
In 2015, Terri founded Women Connected and launched Women Connected Circles, touching a global audience. Now in 2017, she has launched the Women Connected Global School, providing transformational experiences for women to support women to expand their awareness and to empower them to fully express their talents in the world.
As a professional in the field of Learning and Adult Development, Terri uses creative, out-of-the-box approaches to designing programs that train and coach the whole woman to master her inner world so that her outer world can shift.
