Visual Journal Your Archetypes
Discover the 3 most active archetypes of your life and get to know one of them through your visual journal
"It takes courage to endure the sharp pains of self discovery, rather than choose to take the dull pain of unconsciousness that would last the rest of our lives." --Marianne Williamson
An archetype is a pattern of behaviors that, once discovered, helps you better understand yourself and others. Archetypes are the blueprints of your soul. You are born with them, or a combination of them, and this combination can change according to the time of day or time in your life. Archetypes cut across factors such as age, race, religion, gender, education, and profession. Individual archetypes are often grouped into archetypal families. The idea of the archetype originated with the great philosopher Plato and is at the core of the influential Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung’s analysis of human behavior.
In this Visual Journaler Journey you will discover your 3 primary archetypes and explore how they manifest in your life.

What would you most like to learn about through Visual Journaling?
This course is for you if you want to awaken your creativity and connect with your deeper Self. This course is NOT for you if you are looking for a course on specific painting techniques or guidance around creating finished pieces of art.
Yes! A supplies list and suggestions for how to set up your space will be in the first module. Terri will guide you through each step of the process. If you get stuck, just pop into the Facebook group to ask questions.
How much time you spend is really up to you. Many participants tell me that once they experience this process they can't wait to come back to their journal. You can work at your own pace. You may find some art journeys come quickly while others are a bit slower. There's no need to rush. You have lifetime access to all the materials.
If the course does not meet your expectations, we are happy to give you a full refund within one week of your purchase. After that, there are no refunds or extensions for this course. Thank you for understanding.
This program is NOT art therapy. This program is designed to help you find some artful strategies to know yourself better and play with the many layers of your deeper Self. Although it can be therapeutic, the program is not therapy and does not replace work you would do with a therapist. Those in crisis, who are victims of child abuse, have unhealed trauma, or are struggling with addictions would do best to seek professional help first. If you’re not sure if you’re ready for this program and are already working with a therapist, ask your therapist about joining this program.
